A California Term Limits Initiative (09-0048) may be on the November 2, 2010 ballot in California as an initiated constitutional amendment.
On October 8, 2009, Lance H. Olson filed a request with the Office of the California Attorney General for an official ballot title on an act that he is calling the "California Legislative Term Limits Reform Act of 2010".
The attorney general's office has provided that title, so the measure is cleared for circulation with a circulation deadline of April 22, 2010.

- Permit a legislator to serve these 12 years in either the California State Senate or the California State Assembly.
- Prohibit any current or former legislator from benefitting from the reform.
Sponsors
