The Atascadero Size Limits on Commercial Establishments, Measure D appeared on the November 4, 2008 ballot in San Luis Obispo County, California for voters in the City of Atascadero.

Measure D was defeated with 31.74% of voters in favor.

The ballot question asked whether voters want to pass an ordinance that prohibits commercial establishments in excess of 150,000 square feet of gross floor area and retail discount stores in excess of 90,000 square feet with at least 5% of gross floor area dedicated to non-taxable goods such groceries.
