Article XIII of the Hawaii Constitution is entitled Organization; Collective Bargaining and consists of two sections.
Section 1
[Ren Const Con 1978 and election Nov 7, 1978]

Private Employees Persons in private employment shall have the right to organize for the purpose of collective bargaining. |
Section 2
[Am Const Con 1968 and election Nov 5, 1968; ren and am Const Con 1978 and election Nov 7, 1978]
| Text of Section 2:
Public Employees Persons in public employment shall have the right to organize for the purpose of collective bargaining as provided by law. |
