The Term limits for County Officials is an initiated constitutional amendment that would extend term limits for House Representatives from the current 2 years to 4 years and extending term limits for certain state and local officials.

Supporters
Former state Rep. Charles Ormond of Morrilton filed this measure, but he says he is no longer pursuing getting the measure on the ballot.[1]
Status
Supporters did not collect the necessary 77,468 valid signatures before the July 7, 2008, deadline.
