Antonietta Boucher (b. December 4, 1949) is a Republican member of the Connecticut Senate, representing District 26.

Education

Boucher attended both Commonfund Endowment Management Institute of Harvard Business School and American University. She went on to receive her MBA in International Marketing from the University of Connecticut Business School.

Professional experience

Boucher has worked in the following positions: Executive for UAL/Westin, Translator, Secondary Education Language Teacher, Marketing Director for Mentus and MB Systems, Marketing Executive for General Electric, and Director of the Commonfund Institute.

Political experience

Boucher was a member of the Wilton Board of Selectmen. She was a member of the Wilton Board of Education from 1986 to 1994 and was Chair from 1991 to 1993. From 1995 to 1996 she was a member of the Connecticut State Board of Education. She served in the Connecticut State House of Representatives from 1996 to 2008. She served as House Assistant Minority Leader in 2001, 2003, and from 2005 to 2008. She then joined the Connecticut State Senate in 2008 and has served in that position since. She is currently Senate Assistant Minority Leader, representing the 26th district.
