Alice Kerr (b. August 30, 1954) has been a Republican member of the Kentucky Senate since 1999. She represents the 12th district.

Kerr earned her BS/EL/ED in Music from Western Kentucky University. She went on to receive her MA in Higher Education from Western Kentucky University.
